Andi loves Elmo! I recently bought a couple of Elmo's World DVDs at a garage sale and Andi loves watching them...as you can see from this picture...She will sit in her "chair" (which is actually an old carseat that a neighbor was throwing out, so we picked it up, washed it, and put it in the living room. Andi loves to sit in it to read her books or watch TV.) She will truthfully sit and watch Elmo for as long as we would allow. While we were packing, we put in the Elmo DVD and she did not move from her chair until it ended. And when it was over she came to find us and said, "Elbo Bo" (meaning Elmo's World) a couple of times, asking for us to play it again. Have you ever known a 15 month old who will sit for an hour straight without moving a muscle?! I showed her an Elmo video on my phone so now when she sees my phone she asks for "Elbo Bo." Yes, this child loves Elmo!
Other cute things that Andi has done lately:
6/27- At breakfast Andi pointed to Dave's left elbow where he has a scab and scar and said, "ouch!"
6/30- Sitting on the couch in the living room, Dave tooted (gross, I know!). Andi immediately started making tooting sounds with her mouth and laughing!
7/1: Dave has been growing out his beard for our trip to Taos, New Mexico. Andi was rubbing his face and beard and was laughing because it was tickling her. She thought it felt so funny. She now knows a new word, "beard."
